Regex Editor & Tester

Uses an alternation trick to match plus signs (+) that appear outside double-quoted strings: the first branch consumes complete quoted segments ("...") so they are skipped, while the second branch captures stray + characters in capture group 1. With the global flag, you iterate all matches and check whether group 1 is set to find or replace every + not inside quotes—handy for editing code or config values while ignoring quoted content.
