Matches exactly nine consecutive digits, captured in a named group called cRegexGroupsName for easy programmatic extraction in code. The global flag finds every occurrence throughout the text, while the multiline flag processes the input line by line. Commonly used to extract fixed-length numeric identifiers such as CPF numbers, account IDs, or 9-digit codes.
