Matches Brazilian CPF (individual taxpayer ID) numbers such as 123.456.789-12. It expects three groups of exactly three digits (each optionally followed by a dot), then a hyphen or dot separator, and two final check digits. Anchored to line boundaries with the multiline flag, making it suitable for validating CPFs line by line in a document. Note that it validates format only — it does not verify the CPF checksum and also accepts dotless variants like 123456789-12.
