Regex Tester & Validator

Matches valid numeric values with optional negative sign: zero, decimals between -1 and 1 (e.g., 0.5, -0.25), integers with 1-15 digits, and decimals with 1-19 digits before the point. It rejects leading zeros (except 0.x) and requires at least one digit after the decimal point. Useful for validating numeric or financial input fields where large, precise numbers are allowed.
