Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches URL query parameters containing location data by capturing everything between 'location=' and the URL-encoded suffix '%2C%20TX' (which decodes to ', TX' for Texas). For example, in 'location=Austin%2C%20TX', the middle capture group extracts 'Austin'. Useful for parsing city names from URLs in web scraping, log analysis, or processing API responses. Note that the greedy .* will match up to the last occurrence of the suffix if it appears multiple times.
