Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches the text content inside HTML heading tags (h0-h9) by capturing one or more characters that aren't angle brackets, positioned immediately before a closing heading tag like </h1> or </h2>. The leading (?!>) negative lookahead prevents matching at a tag's closing bracket, and the trailing positive lookahead verifies a closing heading follows without consuming it. Commonly used for extracting heading text when scraping or parsing HTML, though it's fragile compared to proper HTML parsers.
