Parses structured course articulation data from assist.org (California college transfer agreements). Matches a leading hyphen followed by a newline, captures course/institution text (excluding parentheses), then a single-digit ID like '(1)', a pipe separator, and trailing text up to any hyphen. With multiline flag enabled, it's designed to scrape course-to-course agreement listings.
