Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches a 10-digit number that must start with the digit '9', allowing optional whitespace (spaces, tabs, newlines) between any digits, which are ignored when counting. Ideal for validating phone numbers or account numbers entered in spaced formats like '9123456789' or '9 12 345 6789'. The global flag finds all occurrences, and the multiline flag processes each line separately.
