Regex Tester & Validator

Tokenizes a command string into shell-style arguments by matching complete double-quoted or single-quoted strings (with backslash escape support) as single tokens, or capturing runs of non-whitespace characters as bare tokens. Commonly used to parse Redis commands like SET key "value with spaces", where quoted values must stay intact while other arguments split on whitespace.
