Matches any whole number from 0 to 100, including single digits, two-digit numbers, and exactly 100. The negative lookbehind (?<!-) excludes negative numbers (so '-50' won't match), while the word boundaries prevent partial matches inside longer numbers like '1234'. Ideal for validating quiz scores, percentages, ages, or any input restricted to the 0-100 range. The global and multiline flags find all occurrences across multiple lines.
