Matches question sentences ending in a question mark followed by a space. The match must start with a non-whitespace, non-period character, and internal periods are only allowed when not followed by a space (e.g., abbreviations like 'e.g.' or URLs), preventing matches from spanning sentence boundaries. With the gm flags, it is useful for extracting individual questions from multi-line text such as FAQs, forum posts, or documents.
