Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex matches the literal string 'Regex2017' only when it is NOT immediately preceded by the string 'precedido'. The negative lookbehind assertion (?<!...) ensures the match fails if the preceding text is exactly 'precedido'. This is useful for filtering out unwanted occurrences while still capturing the target pattern in other contexts. The 'g' flag enables global matching to find all valid occurrences.
