Parses structured QR code payloads that resemble an order or receipt line: an identifier, a date in DD-MMM-YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY format, a timestamp in HH:MM:SS, numeric fields, an optional conditional word segment, a repeated list of item names followed by a hyphen and a quantity (e.g. 'Coffee - 2;'), and a final numeric total. Commonly used for extracting order details from scanned QR codes or point-of-sale data.
