Matches Telegram group or channel links, requiring the https:// protocol followed by either the t.me or telegram.me domain, an optional joinchat/ path segment for private invite links, and a name/hash consisting of letters, digits, plus, underscore, or hyphen. With the multiline and global flags enabled, it can detect all such links on each line of text. Useful for validating user input or extracting Telegram invite URLs from messages.
