Regex Tester & Validator

Matches publicly routable IPv4 addresses while excluding the private 192.168.x.x and 172.16–31.x.x ranges via negative lookaheads. The first octet is restricted to 1–223, filtering out multicast/reserved ranges, and the final octet avoids 0 and 255 to skip network/broadcast addresses. Useful for validating public IPs in firewall rules, server logs, or network configuration.
