Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches every forward slash except one at the very start of the string, using a negative lookahead (?!^\/) to skip the leading slash and capturing each remaining '/' in group 1. With the global flag it finds all such slashes. Commonly used to split or process path/URL separators while ignoring the initial slash, e.g. tokenizing '/usr/local/bin' into segments.
