Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches IP:port pairs on individual lines (multiline, global), capturing the address as 'IP' and the port as 'PORT'. Validates each IPv4 octet (0-255, no leading zeros) while restricting the first octet to 1-223 to exclude multicast/reserved ranges, and restricts ports to valid values 1-65535 without leading zeros. Commonly used to validate or extract proxy server addresses from proxy lists and logs.
