Matches case-insensitive project codes that begin with one of the specified prefixes: '15-', '16-', '17-', '30-', or 'GGO', followed by any number of non-whitespace characters. The full code is captured in a named group called 'PROJECT' for easy extraction in code. A word boundary ensures matching starts at a word edge rather than mid-word. Commonly used to extract project identifiers from logs, documents, filenames, or ticketing text.
