Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches any line that begins with two consecutive zeros (00) at the start of a string. The multiline (m) flag makes ^ anchor to the beginning of each line rather than just the whole string, and the global (g) flag finds all occurrences. Commonly used to detect and prevent double leading zeros in user input, such as phone numbers, IDs, or numeric codes.
