Regex Tester & Validator

Matches a word that is immediately followed (via positive lookahead) by optional whitespace and a parenthesized plus or minus sign like '(+)' or '(-)'. Only the word itself is included in the match; the sign group is asserted but not consumed. Useful for extracting labels or tokens associated with positive/negative indicators, such as sentiment tags or direction markers.
