Matches the second tab-delimited field (including its trailing tab) on lines that begin with '1' followed by a tab. A positive lookbehind anchored at line start filters rows by their first-column value, while the lazy quantifier captures content up to the next tab. Useful for extracting specific columns from TSV files, logs, or binary-coded survey/polling data.
