Matches any text positioned between the literal 'Overall Score ;' and a trailing ' ;', using a positive lookbehind and lookahead so the delimiters are excluded from the match itself. Typically used to extract a score or points value from log entries, game results, or report lines formatted like 'Overall Score ; 95 ;'. The gm flags ensure the match is found once per line across multiline input.
