Matches Pixiv user profile URLs in both the modern format (pixiv.net/users/12345) and the legacy format (member.php?id=12345), with optional http(s) protocol, www subdomain, and a two-letter language path prefix (e.g., en/). The numeric user ID is captured in group 1. With global and multiline flags, it extracts all profile IDs from text, making it useful for link parsing, scraping, or migrating legacy profile URLs.
