Regex Tester & Validator

Parses PHPDoc @param annotations by capturing the @param tag, an optional type hint (any non-$ token such as string or array), the variable name (e.g. $name), and the trailing description text. The repeated \K constructs reset the match start, so the overall match contains only the description while named groups hold each field. Ideal for documentation generators, static analyzers, or extracting parameter metadata from PHP docblocks.
