Parses the output of PHP PDO's debugDumpParams() method. It matches the 'SQL: [length]' and 'Sent SQL: [length]' headers, capturing the prepared statement (with placeholders) in the named group 'sql' and the final query actually sent to the database (with bound parameters inlined) in 'send_sql'. Also matches the trailing 'Params: flags: s' marker. Useful for logging or debugging the real executed SQL behind PDO statements.
