Regex Tester & Validator

Matches a PHP file path that may be prefixed with one or more stream wrappers (e.g., file://, http://, phar://), captured in a named 'wrappers' group. It then captures an optional root—either a Windows drive letter like C:/ or a Unix forward slash—followed by the remaining printable path characters in a 'path' group. Useful for parsing, validating, or normalizing file paths and stream URLs in PHP across Windows and Unix systems.
