This regex matches Czech and Slovak phone numbers in international format. It accepts either a '+' or '00' international dialing prefix (optionally followed by a space), then the country code 420 (Czech Republic) or 421 (Slovakia), followed by a 9-digit number split into 3-3-3 groups with optional spaces. With the global and multiline flags, it's ideal for validating or extracting phone numbers from multi-line text or lists.
