Regex Tester & Validator

Matches international phone numbers that start with a plus sign and a 1-3 digit country code, followed by optional whitespace, an optional parenthesized area code of 3-6 digits, and a trailing segment of 4-9 digits, hyphens, or spaces. With multiline mode, it validates each line independently. Useful for validating loosely formatted international phone input, though it is more permissive than strict E.164.
