Matches two consecutive capitalized words separated by whitespace, such as 'John Smith' or 'Python Enhancement'. Each word starts with an uppercase letter followed by one or more lowercase letters, bounded by word boundaries. With global and multiline flags, it's useful for extracting full names, proper noun pairs, or two-word phrases from titles and multi-line documents like PEPs.
