Matches an equals sign followed by one or more alphanumeric characters, capturing that value in group 1. In LDAP distinguishedName strings like 'CN=jsmith,OU=Users,DC=example,DC=com', it extracts the alphanumeric portion of each attribute value (e.g., 'jsmith', 'example', 'com'). The global flag finds all attribute-value pairs throughout the DN. Note that values containing spaces, dots, or hyphens are only partially captured, since matching stops at non-alphanumeric characters.
