Regex Tester & Validator

Matches key-value pairs in non-standard JSON-like strings that use equals signs instead of colons, e.g. "name"=John,"age"=30. The lazy quantifier combined with a positive lookahead ensures each match stops at the comma immediately preceding the next quoted key, cleanly delimiting pairs. With the global flag, it's useful for tokenizing or extracting individual entries from pseudo-JSON configuration or log data.
