Matches a SQL REFERENCES clause using bracket-quoted identifiers, e.g. ') references [schema].[table] ([col1],[col2]) on ...'. It handles schema-qualified table names composed of dot-separated [bracketed] parts, then captures the full comma-separated column list (group 1), the first referenced column (group 2), and each additional column (group 5). Commonly used to parse foreign key definitions from DDL dumps, pg_dump output, or hypertable chunk definitions.
