Regex Tester & Validator

Parses CSV (comma-separated values) data, such as Excel spreadsheet exports. It consumes the preceding delimiter (comma, newline, or string start), then captures a field: either a quoted value containing escaped double-quotes (""), an unquoted run of characters excluding commas/quotes/newlines, or an empty field at end of line. Useful for extracting individual cell values from CSV rows in text processing and data import scripts.
