Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Lazily captures language tags from Accept-Language style HTTP header strings, matching text up to a separator (`;`, `,`, or `|`) while optionally consuming an adjacent quality value segment such as `;q=0.9`. Used with the global flag to iteratively extract each language code (e.g., 'en-US', 'fr') while skipping over q-values in headers like 'en-US,en;q=0.9'.
