Matches each line that starts with optional whitespace followed by an @ symbol and a parameter name, captured in the named group 'param', requiring at least one additional character before end of line. With global and multiline flags, it processes every qualifying line in a file. Commonly used to parse @-prefixed directives or annotations (e.g., Javadoc @param tags) and transform them into batch command syntax via replacement.
