Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches Indian PAN (Permanent Account Number) card numbers: a word-bounded sequence of 5 non-digit characters, 4 digits, and a final non-digit character (e.g., ABCDE1234F). It uses \D loosely instead of [A-Za-z], so it may also accept punctuation, making it permissive rather than strict validation. Typically used to extract or loosely verify PAN numbers from text, forms, or KYC/identity data, with the gm flags enabling multiline matching.
