Matches HTML snippets containing CJK (Chinese) characters (including the fullwidth comma ，) followed by a star icon element `<i class="icon-star"></i>`, then captures two Chinese phrases separated by a colon, ending with `&nbsp;` entities. Built for web scraping/parsing Chinese pages with a page tracker, likely extracting star-rated key:value metadata across all lines of HTML via the global and multiline flags.
