Regex Tester & Validator

Matches comma-separated lists of words ending with a conjunction (and/or) and a final item, such as 'red, green, and blue'. Capture group 1 holds the comma-separated portion, while group 2 captures the conjunction plus the last word. It's useful for detecting or rewriting Oxford (serial) comma usage, extracting enumerations from sentences, or normalizing list formatting in text. Applied globally and case-insensitively.
