Matches percent-delimited key-value pairs in the format %key:value%, where the first capture group (key) contains no colons and the second capture group (value) contains no percent signs. The global flag finds all such bindings throughout a string. Commonly used for template interpolation, variable binding, or parsing custom configuration syntax such as %name:John% or %color:blue%.
