Parses OpenSSL-style X.509 certificate distinguished names, matching slash-delimited attribute pairs like /C=US or /CN=example.com. It captures the attribute type (C, ST, L, O, OU, CN, emailAddress) and its value up to the next slash. With the global flag, it extracts every RDN component from a certificate's Subject or Issuer string, making it useful for processing `openssl x509` output in shell scripts or certificate inspection tools.
