Validates strings of 8-12 alphanumeric characters that must contain at least one digit, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter, enforced through positive lookaheads. Commonly used for password validation where only letters and numbers are allowed and all three character types are required. The global flag enables matching multiple occurrences in a larger text.
