Matches Turkish street addresses ending with a district name followed by '/İstanbul'. It captures street/neighborhood names containing Turkish letters (Ç, ğ, İ, ş, ü), address type keywords (CAD, SOK, MAH, SOKAK, MAHALLESİ, BULVARI, GEÇİDİ, etc.), optional building numbers in formats like 'NO: 5' or '12/3', and positional descriptors (YANI, ÖNÜ, KARŞISI). Useful for parsing or validating Turkish address data, especially in multi-line text.
