Regex Tester & Validator

Matches list item prefixes in markdown-style text: ordered items (e.g. '1.'), hyphen bullets, and comment markers ('//', '%%', '#'), each followed by a space and optionally a task checkbox ('[ ]' or '[x]'). A negative lookbehind skips items inside blockquotes (preceded by '> '). Commonly used to parse or toggle task list items in note-taking tools like Obsidian.
