Regex Tester & Validator

Parses OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence) repository/RPD content by matching four patterns: DECLARE...Outbound blocks (physical layer or connection pool declarations), AS...DISPLAY NAME assignments (object display naming), literal double-dot sequences (..) found in qualified name paths, and ON...; statements (permission grants). It uses JavaScript's [^] idiom to match any character including newlines with lazy quantifiers, and the gm flags enable global multiline searching across the whole file.
