Regex Tester & Validator

Matches numeric measurements with physical units and optional tolerances in technical or scientific text, e.g. "10 kΩ ±5%", "3.5 mm +0.1 mm / -0.2 mm", or "2 GiB". Supports SI-prefixed units (Hz, Pa, mol, °C, Wb, Sv, Gy), binary-prefixed bits/bytes, percentages, dB variants, bar, mmHg, Å, and min, using named groups to capture number, unit, and positive/negative/symmetric tolerance values. Lookbehind/lookahead guards prevent matching numbers embedded in words or negative ranges.
