Regex Tester & Validator

Matches lines consisting entirely of digits (0-9), including empty lines since the asterisk allows zero characters. The multiline flag makes ^ and $ anchor to the start and end of each line rather than the whole string, while the global flag finds all matches. Commonly used to validate that input lines contain only numeric characters, such as phone numbers, IDs, or quantities.
