Matches PHP 'Notice' and 'Deprecated' error messages following the classic PHP error output format, e.g. 'Notice: Undefined variable: x in /path/file.php on line 42'. It captures the error message text and the line number, while lazily matching the file path in between. With global and multiline flags, it can scan entire log files to extract all such diagnostics, making it ideal for PHP log parsing and error reporting tools.
