Regex Tester & Validator

This PCRE2 conditional regex parses Notepad++ command ID lists in tab-separated format. It checks if a line does NOT contain '-1' followed by a tab (an invalid/placeholder command marker); if so, it captures four tab-delimited fields: command name, a 4-5 digit numeric ID, and two additional fields. Otherwise, it falls back to capturing only the first field (the command name). Useful for extracting valid command IDs while still handling malformed entries.
