Matches cellphone numbers from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland in international (+46, +45, +47, +358), double-zero (0046, 0045, 0047, 00358), or domestic (leading 0) dialing formats. Validates country-specific mobile prefixes such as Swedish 7x, Norwegian 4/9, Danish 2x-9x series, and Finnish 4x/457/50, followed by 6-7 digits. Useful for validating or extracting Nordic mobile numbers from text with multiline scanning.
