Matches a DSMR smart meter telegram line for OBIS code 1-0:1.8.2, the cumulative electricity delivered to the client in tariff period 2 (e.g., off-peak/night rate). It captures the integer and decimal digit groups of the kWh reading, plus the kWh unit itself. Commonly used in Node-RED to parse Dutch smart meter (DSMR) telegrams, with global/multiline flags to extract readings across multiple lines.
